In terms of downloads accessed on or through a TheLO Site (“Download”), you recognize and concur that: (i) you possess a license to access such Download, but you do not hold any intellectual property rights over it. Your usage of the Download might be governed by a relevant end-user license agreement; (ii) you are prohibited from altering, copying, commercially leveraging, reselling, or otherwise utilizing the Download in any manner that contradicts applicable laws or regulations. It is essential for you to review section 7 of these Terms and Conditions attentively prior to initiating any Downloads.
Member Conduct
When engaging with the Thelo website or any other affiliated site or server, you agree to the following:
(a) You will not upload, post, or otherwise share content that infringes upon third-party rights (including intellectual property rights), or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, prejudiced, malicious, offensive (regardless of reference to gender, ethnicity, religion, etc.), harassing, defamatory, crude, obscene, invasive to someone’s privacy, or that carries any illegal connotations.

(e) Refrain from uploading, posting, or transmitting any redundant content or content previously shared by you or another user unless absolutely necessary.
(f) Ensure content relevance by not uploading, posting, or transmitting any content to a section of Thelo or associated platforms that doesn’t pertain to the subject matter.
(g) You should not upload, post, or otherwise transmit content to Thelo or associated platforms using an email account from free providers like Hotmail.
(h) Do not register on Thelo, its forum, or any affiliated sites to receive newsletters or other services using multiple usernames or user profiles.

If you supply information to Thelo via this Website or any other Thelo-associated platform, Thelo will process it in accordance with its privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. When you participate in any contest hosted on or through this Website or any other Thelo platform (“Contest”), you commit to adhere to the Online Contest Guidelines and any additional rules set by Thelo occasionally (“Contest Rules”). Any lack of action on Thelo’s part in enforcing any right or provision within these Terms and Conditions should not be perceived as a waiver of such rights unless Thelo explicitly acknowledges and agrees to it in writing.
Unless explicitly mentioned, these Terms and Conditions don’t bestow any rights or benefits on any third party, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any other provisions, other than for you, Thelo, and its affiliated companies.
